We collect your email address when you submit a contest entry. We do not collect payment information, physical addresses, or any other personal data beyond what is necessary to administer the contest. We also collect basic usage data (such as pages visited) through Google Analytics to help us understand how people use the site.

Your email address is used to:

• Manage your contest entry and entries
• Send you contest-related updates (such as when the draft begins or if you win)
• Contact you if you are a prize winner

We do not use your email for marketing unrelated to this contest.

If you share your referral link and someone enters using it, we record that referral relationship to award bonus entries to both parties. We do not share your referral activity with third parties.

We do not sell, rent, or share your email address or any personal information with third parties, except as required by law or to administer the prize payout (for example, to process a payment to a winner).

We use Google Analytics to understand how visitors use our site. Google Analytics collects anonymous usage data. You can opt out of Google Analytics by installing the Google Analytics opt-out browser add-on.

We retain your email address for the duration of the contest and for a reasonable period afterward for prize administration and legal record-keeping. You may request deletion of your data by emailing hello@pickprophecy.com.

We use industry-standard security practices to protect your information. Your data is stored securely through Supabase and access is restricted to authorized personnel only.

This contest is open to adults 18 and older only. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 18. If you believe we have inadvertently collected such information, please contact us at hello@pickprophecy.com.
